Sunday, June 14, 1964 The Frances Hubbard Diaires

June 14, 1964
Sunday, sunny, nice day.  Girls and I went to church and Sunday School.  Gil preached.  We went to LaVerne's and Mother's in pm, home at 6.  Liz Warner came with us and girls and I went to  baccalaureate  at school at night.  Gerald left 12 midnight to go to work and David left at 11 to go to Massachusetts with Tommy Renz.  Grandpa was taken to Ellis Hospital.
Comment:  I left to get to the Albany port to pick up a load of asphalt for Bonded and deliver it early morning somewhere.  David left with Tommy to deliver a load of Timberland Charcoal somewhere in New England.  Grandpa still having pretty severe troubles.  Here is Elmer and I at some occasion in 1954...from Betty O'Hara.....

You're always young in your mind it is said, No matter the face in the mirror, That you see with surprise then say to yourself, "What is that old man doing here?"
