Friday, nice day. I washed in am. Had letter from Marilyn. No AWANA at night. Mother called.
Comment: Letters and phone calls from family. Not much going on on "The Hill".
Hurricane Ida reminds me of the 2011 flood in Prattsville and the loss of O'Hara's brought back memories of another flood in 1948 where Tom narrowly escaped with his life and other memories of Tom, Betty and the station. I have lots of memories of Prattsville, carousing in the bars till all hours, swimming at Red Falls, chasing the "Prattsville" girls, and generally cruising the Prattsville-Windham roads with Donny Cornell, Tom Haskins, Kenny Clark, Leonard Haskins, Bobby Pickett, and my brothers, David & Doug.
