Friday, 2 March, 1962, The Frances Hubbard Diaries

Friday, 2 March 1962, The Frances Hubbard Diaries
Bright and cold, eight below to 15 above.  I washed.  David was home with a boil, he and Clifton cut a little wood.  Gerald came home at 5 pm.  Wayne went to the game at Duanesburg.  Clifton, the girls and I went to a "42" party at Louvilla's.  Keyers, Cammers and Chip's were there too.  Betty Jean was home for two weeks vacation.
Comment:  Busy Friday night...from 1962...the latest in telephones, now, all and more included in your smartphone....

You're always young in your mind it is said, No matter the face in the mirror, That you see with surprise then say to yourself, "What is that old man doing here?"
