December 16, 1963
Monday, lovely day. I washed in am and we went over to Marilyn's, waited for Patty to come from school. Marilyn took dean to Doctors to have stitches removed from his lip. Jim and boys brought chickens over at night. I ironed in pm.

Comment: You can take the farmer off the farm but......a comment from Marilyn: "Loving the blog, sure brings back memories that I had forgotten. Had forgotten that Dad actually helped us with with the paperwork and could have even loaned us a couple hundred dollars for taxes.Not exactly sure". Love Marilyn
