Saturday, June 20, 1964 The Frances Hubbard Diaries
June 20, 1964
Saturday, lovely day but hot and humid, 80's. I washed again for Doug and Gerald. Mrs. Mayo came at night and brought Sunday School book for Louise's classes. Called Marilyn, at night we took Mary (O'Hara) home in afternoon.

Comment: The longest day of the year. Today is the oldest you've ever been and the youngest you'll ever be, so enjoy it....
You're always young in your mind it is said, No matter the face in the mirror, That you see with surprise then say to yourself, "What is that old man doing here?"
