Friday, April 17, 1964 The Frances Hubbard Diaries

April 17, 1964
Friday, lovely, warm day.  Left motel and crossed Delaware Memorial Bridge 8 am, ate breakfast 9:30 Howard Johnson on Thruway.  Left there 10 am, NY thruway at 11 am, reached Lavern's at 1:45 pm.  Clifton, Carol went to Middleburgh with LaVerne's car to see Ina Belle but missed her by 15 minutes. Saw Evelyn, Earl and Lillian.  Boys brought car up and unloaded it.  We stayed at LaVerne's over night.

Comment:  Made it..another 500 mile day.....not sure where Ina Belle was going, here is a picture of Ina Belle, Marilyn and Grandpa Elmer when they visited Marilyn in 1957.....
