Tuesday, cloudy and cool showers. Clifton, David, and I left for L.A. at 9:45 am. Went to San Diego first, then Escondido, and had two new tires put on the car at Sears. Stayed with Jack and Vera Roberts one night, had quite a time finding them. They have a beautiful home.
Comment: Quite a road trip... Here is Dad with son David on his lap. Doug is on the right, Wayne is on my mother's lap. Probably in 1947 on Hubbard Hill.
